Terms of Service
📄 General
- I have the right to decline a request if I don't feel comfortable about it
- I can draw only in my own art style, I won't imitate someone else's
- My drawings are always 2000x2000 in PNG format. I also offer animated commissions as GIF. Inform me upront if you like your commission in a different format
- Clear references and descriptions (poses, expressions, any details...) are very helpful
- I draw max 3 additional characters, seperated or together
- Commissions are posted on my commission acount on Instagram @swxxthellgirl
- Please let me know if you want your commission to be kept private
- If you're commissioning someone else's character, please make sure of the owner's agreement

✍️ Progress
- Commissions are done in order but be aware that I post personal art in between
- To avoid mistakes I send you the progress to keep you updated
- A rough, fast sketch will be sent first. You may ask for major changes (different pose or outfit...) during the sketch phase only. After that, only minor changes (removing small details, change of color...) can be done
- Backgrounds can be either blurry, one colored or a pattern can be used. Let me know if you also like a transparent version
- Commissions can take 14-40 days to complete. You will be informed if there could be any delay
- Deadlines won't be accepted. I'm a slow artist but I want that my drawings turn out nicely and clean. I also draw in my free time so please have patience and don't rush me
- Once the commission is finished I won't do any more changes
- Your commission will be sent in full size per E-mail
💵 Payment
- Payments are made in EUR via Paypal only
- To get into the sketch phase, I receive 15% of the full price upfront, like a deposit
- I receive the final payment after the agreement to the rough sketch
- If the full payment is not sent in 48 hours, the commission will be cancelled
- No refunds unless I'm unable to finish your commission for personal reasons. Please be 100% clear about your decision before it's getting into real payment

- If you repost my art on any kind of social media please give credit
- You can't claim my art as your own
- Don't resell my work either or use it as profit in any form!
- Don't ever use my art for AI programs or as NFTs!
Please make sure you've read the terms of service carefully. By purchasing my art, you are acknowledging to have read and agreed to the following TOS. Failure to abide will result in rejecting your order. Any violation (copyright infrignment, rude behavoir...) gets you on the blacklist immediatly
